How long has Revosys Inc. been in business?
Our company has been in the business of vehicle electronics since July 2006, which has lead to the creation of what is now known as Revosys Inc.

Where does Revosys Inc. design and assemble their products?
The V5 Interactive System for Taxis and Transportation Fleets has been designed in the USA by Revosys Inc., and is assembled in Maine. Open-Frames LCD solutions are currently designed by Revosys Inc. in the USA and assembled offshore. The In-Car 2DIN systems are designed and assembled in the USA by Revosys Inc.

How long do products take to ship out after I have placed my order?
Unless stated otherwise, products are shipped out within 1-2 weeks after payment is processed. Please contact us for specific product lead times

What is your Return and Warranty Policy?
Return Policy – All products carry a 7 day return policy (except samples, customized products and volume purchases). ‘Customized products’ may be any product that is configured beyond the standard options. Any products received with any defects, Revosys Inc. will repair the unit at own expense and ship back to client at Revosys Inc. expense. Returns or refunds are not accepted if a product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty. An RMA must be obtained prior to returning the product within the 7 day period. Returns without an RMA will not be honored. All returns must be in like new condition with all accessories accompanying the product. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process. All refunds or order cancellations are subject to a 12% restock fee. No exceptions. Warranty – All products come with a 1 year (12 month) warranty starting from date of purchase. Product shipment to Revosys Inc. headquarters or warehouse/factory is the responsibility of the customer. Revosys Inc. does not reimburse shipment expenses (unless stated otherwise). Repaired/replacement products shipped back to the customer will be done at the expense of Revosys Inc.

Why should I Register for an Account on your website?
Registration is quick and easy. You are able to manage and track orders. You can also post reviews and submit pictures/videos for credits to your account.

There was a problem with my order upon Checkout, did you receive my order?
If you have any issues or concerns about your order, please email us and we will let you know if your order was received successfully.

Is my email and other information sent to other 3rd parties?
Your information remains on our SSL encrypted server, and it is never released to any 3rd parties.

What if I order an item that is not yet ready to ship out?
Our system automatically processes your payment, even if the product is not yet shipped.

Does your company charge a Sales Tax?
Currently, we only charge Massachusetts residents and businesses a 6.25% Sales Tax mandated by the state.

Can I come to your office to pick-up an order?
Currently, we do not accept local pick-up of orders.

I just placed an order, and received the receipt, where is my package?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks or less (please check with us on the latest lead times). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What are your general operating hours?
Mon-Fri 11am – 6pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).

If I have technical support questions, how should I contact you?
Please email our company with as many details as possible, and attach any images or videos if applicable to your message.

If I have questions about my specific vehicle and installation requirements, can I contact you?
Revosys Inc. only provides technical support covering the hardware that is purchased from our company. We do not offer technical service pertaining specifically to your vehicle, and all questions should be addressed by an aftermarket installation specialist.

I would like to return a product and receive a refund, but it has been 8 days since I have received my products, will you make an exception?
Under no circumstance shall returns be accepted after 7 days from date of delivery of order. Please let us know if you would like to return your order within the initial 7 days.

Can you provide me with an extended warranty?
All of our products carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. We will consider an extended warranty option for volume buyers, but we cannot guarantee this availability.

How quickly are emails answered?
We strive to answer emails within 1-3 hours, with a maximum of 24 hours.

What forms of payment does your company accept?
Orders under $2500USD are accepted via credit cards or company checks. Orders over $2500 require bank wire or company check.

Does your company accept PayPal payments?
Revosys Inc. does not accept PayPal payments for any purchases.

Does your company ship products out upon receipt of only a Purchase Order?
Revosys Inc. does not ship any goods until a Purchase Order (if applicable) and a full payment is received & processed. Under no circumstance are products shipped to the end user without a full payment.

Can I buy only 1 quantity of the V5 Interactive System
Individuals cannot purchase the V5 Interactive System at this time, as sales are only made in volume to companies. Samples are provided to companies.

What if I want to purchase Revosys products in volume?
Discounts are given to businesses that purchase in volume. Please contact us with your requirements.
