All products carry a 7 day return policy (except samples, customized products and volume purchases). 'Customized products' may be any product that is configured beyond the standard options. Any products received with any defects, Revosys Inc. will repair the unit at own expense and ship back to client at Revosys Inc. expense. Returns or refunds are not accepted if a product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty. An RMA must be obtained prior to returning the product within the 7 day period. Returns without an RMA will not be honored. All returns must be in like new condition with all accessories accompanying the product. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process. All refunds or order cancellations are subject to a 12% restock fee. No exceptions.
